Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Aly Johnston, FNP-BC

 

Aly earned her Bachelor's of Nursing at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL in 2010. She then received her Master's of Nursing in Family Practice from Walden University in 2017. Her clinical practicum sites were based throughout Metro Atlanta, GA.

She has over 19 years of medical experience and training, and has traveled nationwide to learn in varying arenas within healthcare.

Aly is Nationally Board Certified in Family Nurse Practice through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Subspeciality is Obesity Management. Aly also has interest in Functional Medicine, Wellness, IV Therapy, HRT, and Aesthetics.

Aly is originally from Bradford, OH, and some of her family still lives there. She enjoys traveling, educating others, and her Christian relationship with God.

    Force Majeure. Well by AM Nursing, Inc./Alyssa Johnston, FNP-BC will not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of our agreement for the period that such failure or delay is:  beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects. Examples below hereunto to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy; provided that the parties stipulate that Force Majeure shall not include the novel Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic which is ongoing as of the date of the execution of this agreement.
