Is Concierge Healthcare Right for Me?

A concierge provider is unlike traditional health care providers in many ways.

A concierge provider manages a limited number of patients, which ensures that each patient gets more attention during focused visits.

Instead of accepting thousands of patients, and rushing through each appointment to make it on time, our Nurse Practitioner Aly Johnston deals with a select few patients, establishing a personal connection with each.

Our goal is to create a safe, committed relationship with each patient so you can feel confident that you will have a trustworthy partner through your journey who is proactive and available to you by your side when needed.

Concierge providers offer personalized care with more one-on-one time with the provider and quicker access to medical advice, frequent check-ups, and referrals to specialists.

Well by AM Nursing, Inc. and Alyssa Johnston, FNP-BC does not collect data and sell to third parties. Your information is protected in a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record. All communications between client/patient and provider are confidential.

Force Majeure. Well by AM Nursing, Inc./Alyssa Johnston, FNP-BC will not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of our agreement for the period that such failure or delay is: beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects. Examples below hereunto to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy; provided that the parties stipulate that Force Majeure shall not include the novel Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic which is ongoing as of the date of the execution of this agreement.
